Men's Rehabilitation

Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services
Center of Hope is a state licensed Substance Use Disorder Treatment Provider in Colorado in accordance with Section 6 CCR 1008-1, Colorado Code of Regulations and is licensed for Level 1 and 2 Alcohol Education and Treatment Therapy (DUI), and Relapse Prevention
(Non- DUI). In addition we provide monitored sobriety services.
Classes are taught in English and in Spanish. We have open enrollment and the classes are conducted at our facility at 5303 W. Kentucky Ave. Lakewood, CO 80226.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am to 6:30pm and Saturdays 8am to 3:00pm.
